How much does a loft conversion cost?
Typically £30,000–£60,000 depending on type (dormer, hip-to-gable, mansard, rooflight), size and finish. We provide a fixed, itemised quote after a free survey.
Do I need planning permission for an extension?
Many single-storey extensions fall under Permitted Development. We'll advise on your specific property and handle any applications needed.
How long does a kitchen installation take?
Usually 2–4 weeks from strip-out to completion, depending on layout changes, plumbing/electrical work and lead times for units/appliances.
Can you work while I'm living in the property?
Yes. We plan phases to minimise disruption, maintain access to essential facilities, and clean up daily. Many clients stay throughout.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes — 10 years on structural work, plus manufacturer warranties on windows, doors, roofing, appliances etc. All passed to you in writing.
Are you insured?
Fully. £5m public liability, employer's liability, and professional indemnity. Certificates available on request.
