Terms & Conditions

1. Quotes & Contracts

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A signed quote and agreed deposit form the contract. Variations agreed in writing only.

2. Payment

Stage payments as agreed in the quote. Final balance due on practical completion. We accept bank transfer, card, cheque.

3. Timescales

Start and estimated completion dates in the quote. Delays beyond our control (weather, materials, approvals) extend the timeline — we'll always communicate.

4. Access & Services

You provide safe access, water, electricity and toilet facilities for the duration.

5. Materials & Standards

All materials new unless agreed otherwise. Work to current Building Regulations and relevant British Standards.

6. Warranty

10-year structural warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials passed to you. Doesn't cover wear & tear, misuse, or alterations by others.

7. Insurance

We hold £5m public liability and employer's liability. You should maintain your own buildings insurance.

8. Disputes

We'll try to resolve any issue directly. Failing that, mediation via FMB/TrustMark, then courts of England & Wales.
